The New Target team created a new responsive web design in Drupal allowing users to learn about and buy tickets for the event on their desktop, mobile, or tablet device as well as provide user information in a mobile friendly format to attendees during the event.  The website has a seamless online ticket sales experience using Drupal Commerce with more features being rolled out as the event approaches.

The improvements don’t stop at the frontend user experience, volunteers are now able to sign-up online conveniently, and coupled with the expanded backend ecommerce features from Drupal Commerce, business operations and volunteer coordination will be streamlined. The redesigned backend volunteer and ecommerce reporting and operations workflows will provide Ballston BID staff with increased reporting, scheduling and other features to increase staff efficiency and focus during the planning and execution of this complex event.
